    I got great results on this plan and am right where I want to be –now I want to maintain my current weight and energy level.
    Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast, space meals and snacks every 2 to 2 ½ hours apart, increased number of sparks to 3 per day (the more energy you have, it will help you control your appetite), another Advocare energy drinks V16, Coffeccino, or Muscle Fuel.
    Continue to eat a sensible lunch (protein, vegetable and a carbohydrate).
    Make sure you stock up on fresh cut up vegetables.
    Make sure you are stocked up on non cooking food items (healthy snacks, muscle gain).
