    9. 17. Because our theme is the Intrinsic Value of Nature, our design will be “Natural.” This will be expressed in seasonal change, curvilinear forms, a lack of manicured environments and a general sense that the landscape is an accidental byproduct of natural occurrences.
    10. 18. Intrinsic Value of Nature Architectural Elements If our theme is the intrinsic value of nature, then our architecture must be subservient to the natural setting. Therefore, building size and height will be defined by relationship to tree height, buildings will appear to be subject to natural forces, and there will be a general avoidance of monumental forms in the architecture. Our architecture will either be reverent before nature, or humbled by it.
