  • 2. The following images are outtake slides from the SCState Library’s 35mm slide collection. Therefore,certain numbered slides are not present in thecollection. This set of slides was pieced togethersequential by me after examining over 1,000 slides. Enjoy the fruits of my labor!
  • 3. The librarian takes down the request for an interlibrary loan. The patron is looking for a particular book on octopuses
  • 4. To the card catalog! (Remember these?! I do.)
  • 5. Patron wants a book on tanks for octupuses. After going through the card catalog, the librarian has found a couple of books that may be useful.(Sorry the image is blurry!)

  • 9. I can tell you with certainty, the book on the right is the right one!
