Barriers to change - difficult one, site accounts, general receptiveness of the team to change Diary pic: Timeline of project – don under estimate the time it takes Timeline of testing period – it is long enough, has the time allocated been realistic, are the right people testing it ? – link to capacity of handler to manage problems and respond
