Unfortunately, many people learn about long term care insurance when it is
too late - when they or a loved one is in need of long term care (LTC).
Learn the facts now and protect your personal and financial independence.
Students will learn what financial assistance is available, including Medicare,
Medicaid and private pay. Students will also learn how to evaluate a LTC
insurance policy. Key factors that determine the pricing and insurance benefits
of a typical LTC insurance policy will be reviewed.
Lastly, the most common mistakes people make with LTC insurance policies
and how to avoid them will be discussed.
