Steven Loeb, Esq. Steven A. Loeb is an attorney at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., where he practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, business planning, tax planning (both domestic and international), estate administrations, corporate spin-offs and divestitures, formations, and estate litigation. Marc Schnitzer, M.H.A. Marc Schnitzer is a Director and Community Liaison with Bayada Nurses. Bayada Nurses offers a full range of home care services, ranging from skilled nursing, to personal care to rehabilitation and therapies for pediatric, adult and geriatric clients. His primary role with the organization is business development and education throughout the state of New Jersey. Marc is also a faculty member with the University of Phoenix Online; facilitating undergraduate courses in the College of Social Sciences; and graduate gerontology courses in the College of Healthcare and Nursing. He is a member of the Faculty Training Team, and is also a Faculty Mentor. Prior to this, Marc was an Account Manager with Partners in Care, a subsidiary of the Visiting Nurse Services of New York. Aaron Skloff, AIF, CFA, MBA Mr. Skloff received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
