  • 2. Introduction Steven Spielberg is a famous director who has conducted many films. He is the director of Jaws, the first blockbuster. He is a film director, screen writer, and film producer.
  • 3. Early years Steven Spielberg was born in Cincinnati, Ohio December 18,1946. He grew up in New Jersey and Arizona. As a kid he made small movies with his friends and charged people 25 cents to see them.
  • 4. Before the B ig Times Steven Spielberg graduated from Saratoga High School, Saratoga, CA, in 1965. He went to Long Beach State only to drop out to pursue his career in entertainment. His first movie, “Escape To Nowhere”, was made at the age of 13. His next movie, “Firelight”, was written and directed at the age of 16. It earned a profit of one dollar at his local cinema and was the inspiration for “Close Encounters”.

  • 9. Summary Steven Spielberg is one of the most influential directors ever. Currently he is working on a new movie, “The Adventures of Tintin”. Who knows what he may do in the future.
  • 10. My Opinion I think Steven Speilberg was a great man. He made great movies like MIB, Shrek, and Raiders of the Lost Ark. I can't wait to see more of what he makes.
