<ul><li>When the Explorers saw that the Indians had gold they asked them for some but they said that they didn’t have any so they would cut off there hands so hey would suffer but wouldn’t die . Some of the natives would either kill them selves or kill there babies so they wouldn’t have to suffer like they did. </li></ul>Slavery
