      • take up appropriate references
      • pass only fully qualified candidates who are interested in a specific vacancy to the Account Manager for final evaluation

      • submit all CV’s to EA and be the first point of contact for EA
      • manage the whole interview process
      • handle the negotiation of offers
      • remain in contact with the candidate during their notice period
