Knowledge<br />Action plan:<br />Focus on CRM systems in coursework<br />Take a Six Sigma complement my prior training<br />Enroll in classes in the curricular tracks of Business Analytics and Product Management <br />How these actions will help me:<br />Builds knowledge foundation to become successful product management professional<br />Balances depth of knowledge and expertise to differentiate myself<br />
