A study after 6 weeks indicated that the IDP was being implemented & Participants were experimenting with new behaviors which resulted in greater Productivity & enhanced team performance.

Worked with organisations viz. Vodafone Essar Ltd, Mastek Ltd, Epicenter Technologies Pvt Ltd, Global Telesystems and the Holiday Inn chain of Hotels in various capacities. His Last Corporate stint was with Vodafone Essar Ltd as Head – Employee Development.
Over the years, he has worked intensively on aligning the people development strategy with business goals & objectives, linked training to business results and quantifying the ROI on Learning and development.
Postgraduate in Management studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies with a degree in psychology. (Bombay University)
