  4. 4. Initiated working in 2003; Officially registered in Pakistan in 2005 and in the USA in 2010 </li></li></ul><li>Emergency Relief Division<br />
  5. 5. Major Projects and Achievements<br />______________________________<br /><ul><li> In 2005 earthquake, OSF initiated relief activities by setting up medical camps in Balakot and Muzaffarabad. Later on during the reconstruction & rehabilitation phase, the Foundation selected a village called ‘Malsi’ situated near Ghari Dopatta, Muzaffarabad and spent about 8 Million (PKR) for construction of around 100 houses, a mosque, a school, a general store, and a medical dispensary.
