    • 2. I was born the 30. of July 1978 in Bern, Switzerland
    • 3. and as half German, half Argentinean 50% 50%
    • 4. I really love everything that has something to do with water
    • 5. 11 times swiss champion in diving hobby sailorlucky fisherman yes, this is water. believe me ;-) fun sports fan
    • 6. I do / did as well some other fun thingswith my friends besides the water sportsformer drummer lucky me that I’m not in this picture! of 2 bands Active in personal fitness & Aïkido

    • 10. I started my professional career atas a Junior Brand Manager in the Catcare Team
    • 11. Where I collected my first experiences by1) Launching Perfect Fit in Switzerland as Pilot Country 2) Relaunching Brekkies and developing new product offers3) Managing and optimizing the CRM database to improve performance and cut costs Performance Costs
    • 12. After a great experience, it was time to move on.With the objective to deepen my Marketing Knowledge, to work in aMarketing Focused company and to occasionally improve my French... ... I joined L’Oréal as a Product Manager in the Consumer Goods Division.
    • 13. My first challenge in the world of Beauty as a Product Manager wasto gain the #1 position in the colorants market with a brand launch L’Oréal Paris achieved more than 35% market share and became the market’s #1 outgrowing the category by a factor of 4!
    • 14. 2x faster growth than market And after reaching new market share heights with Elsève Haircare I became the Skincare Group Manager in charge of Portfolio Strategy & Activities
    • 15. To boost the men’s care category and market shares,we created the Men’s Day with a 360° Promotion
    • 16. And we broke the market share record! May June July August Septembre Octobre
    • 17. Next I had the opportunity to develop mynegotiation skills as a Key Account Manager ... and turned the #1 client of L’Oréal around after 2 years of negative growth. Sales Growth vs. last year +8.5% 2008 2009 2010
    • 18. 1st in breaking out of 1m-fixtures walls... boring :-( ...and implementing 2m Maybelline fixtures on a big scale (45% of the distribution)much better :-)
    • 19. Continuos Learning is my favorite breakfast! To read anything interesting To develop the most Efficient Teams about Marketing and Ways of Working I became the go-to guy for productivity improvement in L’Oréal To understand Consumer Behavior and gain Target Insights
    • 20. I believe that tomorrow’s Marketing will profit a lot fromembracing the new entrepreneurial methodologies of today
