Compensation Plan – A Brief Overview

#1. Retail Commissions

Selling WakeUpNow products directly to your customer is the first pillar of a solid foundation for
your business. Face to face retail sales or sales made over the internet allow you to receive up
to 50% of the retail cost of the products sold as a residual monthly income. The sale of
WakeUpNow Network Listings to merchants provide up to a 50% Retail Commission and a 20%
Retail Sales Commission on all future advertising.

All Retail commissions are paid weekly. Selling products to your customer is essential to direct
sales. WakeUpNow Policies and Procedures require all IBOs to make monthly retail sales.

#2. Retail Bonus

In addition to the Retail Commission, as a WakeUpNow leader you will have the opportunity to
earn the WakeUpNow Retail Bonus for all retail sales made in your organization. The Retail
Bonus is paid up to 15 generations deep (see chart below.) To earn the Retail Bonus you must
first sell a qualifying Retail Bo- nus product. Each Retail Bonus product that you sell on a
monthly basis qualifies you for an additional generation of the Retail Bonus. Qualification* for
the Retail Bonus is separated into two categories (WakeUpNow Products and WakeUpNow
Network Listings) which you must qualify for separately.

#3. Director Bonus

The second pillar of building a successful business is to earn the rank of Director 3 and help
your personally sponsored IBOs become Director 3s. When you reach the rank of Director 3*
and are qualified with a minimum of 90PV you will earn a bonus up to $100/month.

#4. Builder Bonus

The Builder Bonus is another pillar of the WakeUpNow compensation plan. As a new IBO your
focus will be on developing a base of retail customers and retail merchants. You will also focus
on helping your team generate sales volume through these sales.

The WakeUpNow Builder Bonus is calculated from the organization that has been built in your
Builder Bonus structure.

#5. Founder Bonus

The Founder Bonus is another pillar of the WakeUpNow compensation plan. As a new Director
3 (D3) level IBO your focus will be on developing your team. The Founder Bonus is designed to
help you earn a significant1 residual income while building your team for long term success.

#6. Luxury Bonus

The WakeUpNow Compensation Plan is designed to help IBOs improve their lives in many
ways. The WakeUpNow Luxury Bonus provides opportunity for Founder 5 level IBOs and above
to receive a monthly WakeUpNow Luxury Bonus. The bonus amount is based on their qualified
rank at the end of each commission month.

#7 Shared Partnership Bonus

WakeUpNow’s Compensation Plan has been formulated to provide its IBOs with every
opportunity for success. With an industry first Shared Partnership Bonus, WakeUpNow is
providing its IBO leaders with an opportunity to partner with its team members in a unique and
financially incentivized way.

The WakeUpNow Shared Partnership Bonus encourages IBO leaders to enroll new IBOs that
they might traditionally sponsor to themselves, to IBOs within their team. IBO leaders that enroll
new IBOs to someone within their organization will have the opportunity to earn a percentage of
the overall success of that IBO.

#8 Ambassador Bonus

Ambassador Bonus


To further reward our top field leaders for their sales, and their teams organizational sales, you
may earn the WakeUpNow Ambassador Bonus. WakeUpNow Ambassador Bonuses are paid to
IBOs that have reached the rank of Ambassador and have helped others on their team reach
the level of Ambassador.

An Ambassador is a qualified Founder 7 who earns a minimum of $25,000 per month, has an
active Founder 3 in each of their seven lines, has 250 Retail Points, and has a minimum of
450,000 GV.

As an Ambassador you can earn additional Ambassador Bonuses (Ambassador 1-10) by
helping Founder 7 leaders in your organization also reach the rank of Ambassador. Each new
Ambassador must be represented in seperate lines in your organization, eventually totalling 10
Ambassadors in 10 separate lines.

#8 Diamond Ambassador Bonus

WakeUpNow has reserved an additional 2.5% of total company commissionable volume for our
elite group of Diamond Ambassadors. Ambassadors that reach the level of Diamond
Ambassador will receive a $50,000 per month bonus with the opportunity for continued growth

and income as their organization expands. The position of Diamond Ambassador is the ultimate
                                   definition of leadership and success in the WakeUpNow compensation plan.

Face to face retail sales or sales made over the internet allow you to receive up to 50% of the retail cost of the products sold as a residual monthly income.
