On behalf of our client, a leading multinational FMCG company we are
recruiting an Operational Free Cash Flow ("OFCF") Controller,
responsible for the South Eastern Europe (“SEE”) Region.

2. Job responsibilities
• University degree in Economics
• 4+ years experience in Finance, ideally within a
multinational environment
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing relationships
with commercial banks
• Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
• Fluent in English
• Highly analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize
workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive
approach
• Organization, time management and task prioritization
skills
• Able to work individually as well as a team member
• Ensure that all information necessary for the Operational
Free Cash Flow forecast is available
• Review the terms of payment within SAP
• Regularly review the cash position of the company and
plan the maintenance of adequate funds through cash and
other financial forecasts
• Make recommendations for the investment of the
company's surplus funds and managing a loan portfolio
• Negotiate borrowing facilities with banks, effective
utilization of surplus funds
• Ensure the accuracy of the Foreign exchange ("FX")
exposure and the implementation of the hedging policy of
the Group
• Monitor the risks and opportunities related to the cash
position of the company, propose mitigating actions to
prevent the identified risks
• Manage / supervise / develop the Operational Free Cash
