Mr. Singh’s experience includes implementing changes across multi-national organizations, mentoring & preparing organizations for SCAMPI appraisals, directing & managing numerous full life-cycle system & software developments & their integrations. Mr. Singh’s professional experience also covers Quality Assurance, formulating strategic approaches to develop systems engineering/software solutions, establishing procedural frameworks and building teams to achieve high level of performance & quality. Mr. Singh has directed and managed several large-scale efforts nationally and internationally inclusive of planning strategies to achieve business goals on time and on budget. Dr. Bruce Colletti, Principal Scientist : Bruce Colletti provides reach back and advisory support in operations research, statistics, mathematical modeling, and simulation. Dr. Colletti’s backgrounds include personnel management, logistics, programs analysis, cliometrics, information systems, decision analyses, homeland security risk assessment, and automated reasoning. His main area of research applies group theory to metaheuristic methods of combinatorial optimization. Mr Anthony Ward: Mr. Anthony L. (Tony) Ward currently provides support to industry entities in the areas of programs management, project controls, business operations and general administrative management support. Mr. Ward possesses over 35 years of increasingly responsible technical and management positions oriented to the Government agencies, as well as supporting major industry entities. His experience is concentrated in technology and program management, with expertise in related support functions such as strategic planning, organizational concepts, policy & procedures development, contracts & finance support and business operations. Mr. Ward received a B.A. in Business & Economics from Chapman College, Orange, CA. He completed all coursework for a M.S. in Financial Systems Management from West Coast University, Los Angeles, California USA. Mr. Paul Rodriguez: Mr. Rodriguez’s Experience focuses on programming, planning and budgeting in financial areas. CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration®) is a process improvement maturity model for the development of products and services.
