  • 1. 20 November 2012Registration for Winter Semester 2012-131. Registration and commencement of classes for the next semester (i.e. Winter 2012-13), as per theAcademic Calendar, is scheduled on 02 January 2013.2. Course Registration Form (CRF) for the semester (in the SRS) is required to be submitted by all studentsbetween 20 and 23 November 2012. Please note that submission of CRF is mandatory forregistration.3. Registration will be deemed accepted only after the fees are deposited. The fee schedule for the students of 5th/6th year B. Tech and 3rd year PG students will be thesame as above. However, tuition fees are not applicable to the students registering for internshiponly.5. Students may deposit fees in any branch of ICICI Bank during 04 December 2012 to 01 January 2013 byfilling the special pay-in slip in two parts (attached herewith). The payment to the bank can be made incash or local cheque /DD (cheque/ DD should be in favour of DA-IICT and payable at the place ofdeposition). Outstation instruments will not be acceptable at the place of deposit. Bank will retain Bankscopy and the other copy will be returned to the student for his reference and record purpose. The studentmust retain his copy with him till the time his registration is approved.6. Please note that the fees deposited should be of accurate amount. Inadequate payment of fees shall leadto non-acceptance of registration whereas in case of excess payment, no refund will be made except forLoan cases.7. Late registration (only on genuine unavoidable grounds) will be allowed up to 09 January 2013 only, witha late registration fee of Rs. 300 per day. Thereafter, admission of the unregistered students shall standcancelled.8. In case of late Registration, fees (including late fees) shall have to be paid at the Accounts Office, byPO/DD only. The PO/DDS shall be drawn in favour of “DA-IICT” and payable at Ahmedabad.9. Unregistered students are not allowed to attend the classes/tutorials.Jalpesh PandyaAsst. Registrar (Academic)
