    • RATIONALE
    • The needs and challenges are identified to enhance strategic thinking and planning capabilities in order to improve the quality of life in the country.
    • Foresight internationally has been recognized as both an important process and an instrument for development of policy making as well as for learning and research in higher education / universities.

    • OBJECTIVES
    • Building national capacity in Foresight area;
    • To initiate foresight learning and foster foresight interdisciplinarity in universities at national level (new modules / programmes);
    • To help in learning and teaching processes aimed at training specialists and experts for S&T and other policies;
    • To elaborate and publish Foresight Guide in national language;
    • To produce a set of scenarios “Foresight in universities of our country 2015”
    • To facilitate international collaboration and cooperation in foresight between higher education institutions;
    • Building new learning and research networks in the country;
    • To disseminate information and create new knowledge on foresight, developing the foresight culture at national / international level.
