Each of us possesses all four to some extent and 95% of us use some parts more than others.,[object Object],Men tend to use more of their left brain.,[object Object],Women use more of their right.,[object Object],How to use it : ,[object Object]
Determine what you value,[object Object],Values are the things underpin and influence our behavior and the way we react.,[object Object],Source is deep-seated and complex.,[object Object],It is very hard to change values,[object Object],The tool used to rate your values is simple questionnaire.,[object Object],How to use it,[object Object],Assess each of the personal values on both scale A and scale B. Add the two to come up with an overall score.,[object Object]
Which of your 5 values are being relatively well satisfied at present?,[object Object],Which of your most important values are not being met?,[object Object],What effect does this have on you and those around you?,[object Object],Identify any ways that you can think of to change your current position to satisfy more of your values?,[object Object],   Hint : The more your life is in tune with your values, the less stress you will suffer.,[object Object]

Audit your skills,[object Object],A skill is something you can do. This tool gives you the opportunity to focus on what you are good at.,[object Object],Knowing your skills will increase your self confidence and assertiveness and help you make the most of new opportunities.,[object Object],How to use it,[object Object],The first step is to stimulate your thoughts by making a list of experiences.,[object Object],Search out any additional information you have on your skills,[object Object]
Use all this data to list: your skills as a manager, team member, technical expert, project role.,[object Object],Where possible, indicate to what standard you can perform these skills?,[object Object],Now, review your answers to identify your skills and interests.,[object Object],Describe your personality,[object Object],Personality describes the behavior and mental characteristics that make each of us unique. ,[object Object],The tool used is not a fully blown personality assessment tool ,[object Object]
