  • Data Analysis L3 – Constraints:Getting a representative amount of vendors to attendfocus group Techniques: Focus group facilitated by same person who facilitated training. Participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire assessing the impact of the training Facilitator will prepare a one page summary report detailing focus group outcomes
  • Evaluation Reporting At the conclusion of the evaluation process the stakeholders will receive reports detailing the outcomes. Some stakeholders will be asked to prepare two goal oriented questions as a result of the report and be prepared to introduce and discuss them at the follow- up meeting.
  • Time and Money Level 1 and Level 2 evaluation results will be available for reporting within 30 days of the training Level 3 evaluation reporting will be available 12 months after the trainingCostsThe total cost of the evaluation plan is calculated at $550.This amount covers the employee hourly wage associatedwith material preparation and evaluation as well as anymaterials needed for the evaluation.
