PhD
students
and
junior
researchers
working
in
the
field
of

occupa*onal
health
psychology
together

order

discuss
the
most
recent

and
empirical
advances
in
the
field
and
to
invite
feedback
on
their
own
research
from
peers
and
leading
experts
in
the
field.

the
seminar
is
in
the
format
of
a
small
group

Bakker
is
full
professor
and
chair
at
the
Department
of
Work
and
Organiza*onal
Psychology
at
Erasmus
University
RoVerdam,
The
Netherlands.
He
is
president
of
the
European
Associa*on
of
Work
and
Organiza*onal
Psychology,
and
secretary-­‐general
of
the
Alliance
of
Organiza*onal
Psychology.
His
research
interests
include
work
engagement,
burnout,
spillover
and
crossover.
His
research
has
been
published
in
journals
such
as
Journal
of
Applied
Psychology,
Journal
of
Voca7onal
Behavior,
and
Human
Rela7ons.

Schaufeli
is

professor

Work
and
Organiza*onal
Psychology
at

University,

His
research
area
is
occupa*onal
health
psychology
and
includes
job
stress,
burnout,
absenteeism,
work
engagement,
workaholism,
and
worksite
health
interven*ons.
He
published
over
three

hundred
ar*cles
and
chapters,
