Steps to reduce stress in Math Ask for help early. Practice more and get into study group. Be familiar with past year questions. 5 Year Series Talk to your teacher….Ms Arnita ! :) Never give up. Sacrifice. Keep on trying and trying until you achieve success. Pray. Relax and chill. We are human too.
  • 5. STRESSIt is NORMAL to feel stressed during importantmoments.For example during exams, meeting someone new,going to new places eg polytechnic, university, ITE,going for tournaments.

  • 7. Traits of a champion… He did not give up. He practiced more. In fact other players practiced for 20 mins but he practiced for 4 hours. He has family and friends to support him. He wants to win. When he lost, he keeps on trying and trying. He believes in himself. He wants to improve.
