It even makes a greatquick-to-make snack.Servings: 4-6Preparation Time: 7 minutesCooking Time: 10 minutesRecommended Wine: White or RedDifficulty Level: EasyIngredients:12 oz. package of Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage with Pure Vermont Maple Syrup (AlFresco offers a good product), 20 oz. hash browns (homemade or store bought), 2cups of broccoli (broken into bite size pieces), 4 tablespoons butter, Salt and/orpepper (to taste)Preparation Instructions:Slice the chicken sausage in rounds. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add thesliced chicken sausage to the melted butter and cook to desired browning orcrispness. Once completed, remove the chicken sausage from the skillet and set to theside. Put the broccoli in a microwaveable bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and cookto desired crispness. Melt the other 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the hash browns tothe skillet and cook the hash browns to desired crispness. Add the chicken sausageand the broccoli to the hash browns mix well, and season with salt and pepper, ifdesired. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.

It’s a quick healthy lunch or dinner alternative in notime.Servings: 4Preparation Time: 10 minutesCooking Time: 20 minutesRecommended Wine: 1/4 cup red wineDifficulty Level: AverageIngredients:2 cups pasta shells, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 large sized, peeled and cubedeggplant, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 chopped green bellpepper, 1/2 cup chives – chopped, 2 tablespoon garlic - finely chopped/minced, 1 eachtomato - medium sized, chopped, 4 tablespoon tomato sauce, 4 tablespoon oregano,Salt to taste, Black pepper to taste, 1/4 cup red winePreparation Instructions:In a saucepan add some water and pasta shells, allow it to cook. In a separate bow addwater and vinegar and bring it to hot. To this add chopped eggplant, onion, chives,garlic, green peppers, and mushrooms. Allow it to cook till; it should take about 15-20minutes for it to cook. When vegetables are cooked add it to the done pasta alongwith tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper and red wine. Stir and heat gently (on low).

Itsflavor is more enhanced when wine is added to it.Servings: 3Preparation Time: 10 minutesCooking Time: 35 minutesRecommended Wine: 2/3 cup red wineDifficulty Level: AverageIngredients:2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic – crushed, 11/2 cups well washed Italian risotto rice, Salt to taste, 4 1/2 cups vegetable stock, 2/3cup red wine, 1 tomato - finely chopped, 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano- reggianocheese, grated - finely gratedPreparation Instructions:Pour oil into a large saucepan and heat over a medium flame. Add onions and cookuntil tender. Then add crushed garlic and cook until transparent. Mix in rice and salt,stirring to mix the rice well. Add vegetable stock along with the wine. Stir and cookuntil rice absorbs the liquid and is well cooked. Rice will form a creamy mixture inabout 20-30 minutes.
