    3. Characteristics
      • Adaptability- is the ability of a person to blend him / her self according to the external situations.
    4. Characteristics
      • Decisiveness- h aving the power to decide; conclusive.
      • Characterized by decision and firmness; resolute.
    5. Characteristics
      • Delegation is the handing of a task over to another person, usually a subordinate.
      • It is the assignment of authority and responsibility to another person to carry out specific activities.
    6. Characteristics
      • Empathy -understanding others feelings. Shows a sensitivity to the cultural background of the students.
    7. Characteristics
      • Interpersonal relations- involves social associations, connections, or affiliations between two or more people, or may remain effectively unknown to each other.
    8. Characteristics
      • O rganization is a social arrangement which pursues collective goals, which controls its own performance, and which has a boundary separating it from its environment.
    9. Characteristics
      • Risk-taking
      situations in which it is possible but not certain that some undesirable event will occur.
    10. Characteristics
      • Teamwork is the concept of people working together cooperatively, as in a sports team.
      • Effective teams are an intermediary goal towards getting good, sustainable results.

      • Positive reinforcement
      • Consequences

      • Social reinforcement- e.g.. praise-good job! Very good!
      • Symbolic rewards- e.g. stickers

      • Controlling Style-
      • type of teaching style where the teachers goal is to control student behavior to achieve the desired situation and the undesirable one occur less frequently.

      • Autonomy Supportive Style- the teachers goal is to support student interest and their internalization of the school’s values and agenda
