The natural botanical “ gardens“ of the Giant Mountains <ul><li>places with remarkable mixture of the plant-life of the whole range of the Giant Mountains vegetation zones </li></ul><ul><li>these places are deep, rocky corries found at the end of mountain valleys, they are known as glacial cirques </li></ul><ul><li>some of them are connected with legends and myths, i.e. Krakonošova zahradka (Krakonoš´s garden), Čertova zahradka (Devil´s garden) </li></ul><ul><li>there are more than 30 such spots </li></ul><ul><li>some of the best-known are Úpská jáma, Studniční jámy, Labské jámy, Kotelní jámy, on the Polish side, Śnieźne Kotły, Kotły Małego I Wielkiego Stawu and Kocioł Łomniczki </li></ul>
