  14. 14.  She improved her skills by hard work, she participated in trainings and fairs organized by Govt. She improved her creativity also according to market demand.
  15. 15.  Initially staff members of CWS motivated her by purchasing her prepared product.  She got whole heartedly family support & every member helped in preparation in making & distribution in market.

  17. 17.         It has been found that 30% of higher and about 60 % lower group negligent of their inherent skills. Both are bound by Social, economic, and cultural conditions. Generally women resource is deprived of support and promotion. Their income is considered as only a part of their self reliance. If they get moral support and recognition the women resource become enterprising and empowered.
