    1. S etting your weight loss goal steps
      • -> Goal setting is very
      • important, so be
      • serious about it.
      • -> You are going to cross
      • these 7 steps in order
      • to put close yourself
      • to your goal achievement.
    2. Setting your steps
      • Make sure the goal you are working for is something you really want, not just something that sounds good.
      • A goal can not contradict any of your other goals.
      • Develop goals in the 6 areas of life
      • Write your goal in the positive instead of the negative.
      • Write your goal out in complete detail.
      • By all means, make sure your goal is high enough.
      • This is the most important, write down your goals.
    3. 1. M ake sure the goal you are working for is something you really want, not just something that sounds good.
      • What if someday you are accepted in a prestige job, with big salary, but you have to kill people.
      • Sounds crazy, but if you accept, but you do not want to kill people, then you make compromise with your value system.
      • You won’t be able to achieve goal, which you don’t like.
    4. 2. A goal can not contradict any of your other goals.
      • If one of your goals is to lose 20kg and other one is to buy yourself great dress, then this is controversial.
      • You will buy your dress, but after 20kg less, you won’t be able to wear it.
    5. 3. D evelop goals in the 6 areas of life
      • Family and Home
      • Financial and Career
      • Spiritual and Ethical
      • Physical and Health
      • Social and Cultural
      • Mental and Educational
    6. 4. W rite your goal in the positive instead of the negative.
      • Thinking positively in everyday life will also help in your growth as a human being. Don't limit it to goal setting.
    7. 5. W rite your goal out in complete detail.
      • Instead of writing “thin body” - > write the size of the clothes you want to have.
      • Give your mind details to work with.
    8. 6. B y all means, make sure your goal is high enough.
      • Real: I want to lose 20kg for 5 months.
      • Not Real: I want to lose 20kg for 3 weeks.
    9. 7. T his is the most important, write down your goals.
      • Writing your goals down makes them more realistic.
