Objectives: The project aims to build a self-sustained women’s cooperative in rural Pilani, and has two major objectives: To create entrepreneurs from among the women folk in rural Pilani 2. To build a replicable model of setting up a cooperative business unit in a rural setup

Implementation model The project is being implemented in three phases: Phase-1:Identifying a group of women and engaging them in an income generation activity to build the foundation of the cooperative 2. Phase-2: Building a self sustained cooperative around the group 3.Phase-3: Bringing in micro finance into the cooperative to make it financially sound.
