   Since the people who are very satisfied with
    computerized voice recording do not prefer
    to speak to an operator,
   the company therefore should not go ahead
    with the idea of removing the current voice
    recording system.
In todays busy schedule no one has leisure
                    time as,
If a person wants to speak to an operator, it
  will be a time-consuming job as 1 operator
  cannot deal with N no. of consumers (as It
                 may happen).
While if computerized voice recording system
     is adopted it will be a faster means of
                communication.
