Business is the key to all his desires.
  • 5. THE TEAMNATHAN AQUILINA, CEONathan is the CEO of Mason Concrete Group. He is also thefounder of Efrem Clothing which is Australia’s leading onlineretail store for high-end children’s fashion.At the age of 7, Nathan’s father passed away, this being hismotivating force behind all actions - to make his dad proud andlook after his family’s future. With that in his mind there is nothingthat will stop him from becoming successful in all he undertakes.Nathan has a successful attitude which shows in all he does. As an ambitiousteenager he won a gold medal in taekwondo at the age of 15 and also won theAustralian indoor soccer championships representing NSW at the age of 17.He has a strong passion for helping people. He strongly believes in Oprah’s quote“Life isn’t about what you have, but about what you have to give”.And he shows this by giving back to charities and helping other people.

THE TEAMBENJAMIN MICALLEFWith over 30 years experience in the concrete industry, Benjamin is thestep-father of Nathan, who has brought him up from the age of nine andtaught him strong values and what he knows today.Benjamin has worked alongside some of NSW’s largest buildingcompanies, which has given him a wealth of knowledge about theconcrete industry over the past three decades.Benjamin is now currently Foreman for Mason Concrete Group andAdvisor to the company and it’s CEO.Together they are paving the path of Australia’s concrete industry.
  • 7. ADVISORS STUART “The Burrito Baron” COOK Stuart is the CEO of Australias fastest growing franchise Zambrero. After being appointed CEO, it was listed as the fastest growing franchise of the year in 2011. JACK “I’ll Sell Your Business” DELOSA Gen Y Entrepreneur and investor and founder of The Entourage. Jack has consulted for brands such as Microsoft, Virgin and CPA on the topic of business growth and performance. ANDREW “Living the Dream” MORELLO Andrew is the winner of The Apprentice. He has been running his own businesses since the age of 15 and is a sought after sales and business development advisor.

We grow in this business by pushing jobs out and being organised and on time. The model runs on consistency and repetitious daily action. We have solid teams that work together daily and understand how each other operate. Each team works on their strengths to accomplish the task and job that has been assigned to them.

Most of our new work comes from referrals. Our growth strategy is to bring on board 4 extra teams in the next 12 months We plan to move into machinery operations over the next year One of our ambitions is to expand over the continent

  • 15. CHARITY Nathans father Efrem Aquilina was a man who was kind, respectful and a great help to others in need. As the son of Efrem, Nathan strongly continues that sprit through the legacy he builds. He believes that we are all equal in this world and that giving back is a must. 5% of all total net profits go towards children charities. The donation is provided on a quarterly basis and the charity that benefits is chosen by the team each quarter. Our Facebook fan page shows our customers and clients who the donation has been made to. This is one of the strong factors in the business which separates us from the rest.
