Service Description <ul><li>Assess an organization’s readiness to undertake a complex, enterprise-wide project and ability to deliver the project on-time, within budget, and to meet the business’ objectives. </li></ul><ul><li>Score readiness and ability in several project management best-practices areas. </li></ul><ul><li>Recommend actions to raise readiness and ability scores to industry benchmark levels. </li></ul>

Method <ul><li>Identify Risk Drivers </li></ul><ul><li>For each project management best practice (BP) area, we will use our modeling tool to identify what drives the risk in the organization </li></ul><ul><li>We use a collaborative approach, working with an inter-disciplinary team from your organization to identify up to five risk drivers for each BP. </li></ul>

Method, cont. <ul><li>Scoring </li></ul><ul><li>We assign a range of complexity values to each driver, typically from 0 to 3. </li></ul><ul><li>Each range value is described as specifically as possible </li></ul><ul><li>We work with the your team to select a value score based on the organization’s current state. </li></ul>
