Weststar and CITN/Cayman 27 are working to change their corporate culture. We believe that instead of spouting off a bunch of values that don't mean anything to us, the time had come to articulate who we are and who we want to be.

  2. 2. Where are we now? •  •  •  •  •  •  •  •  •  We are under new ownership. We are experiencing competition for the first time. We are making a significant investment in the local community with our fibre infrastructure not only to improve the quality of our products, but also to enhance the local economy, education, and healthcare systems. We have launched new products into the market. We are experiencing a steep learning curve. We need to grow these new products, whilst also maintaining our legacy product offering. We have hired many new employees – the company is getting bigger! We need to justify investments already made and continued future investment. We need faster revenue growth to continue to grow the business. But what our employees are telling us is that working here often leaves them with a feeling of… Unfulfilled potential
  3. 3. Unfulfilled Potential We hire great people, so how do we ensure employee engagement and morale are high? How do we increase customer satisfaction, improve product quality and customer service quality? Business returns are lower than expected because we are not the quality leader we aim to be.    We have a big opportunity to transform WestStar by ensuring we have happy, productive people, all aligned behind common values that drive better products, services and customer experiences.
  4. 4. What will success look like?                 We weigh our decisions against our values. We measure & strive to beat our own benchmarks. We don’t allow fence sitting. Either you are in or you’re out. We all live the values. We are proud to wear the WestStar shirt. We make sure our customers are satisfied We participate fully. We respect each other and value each other (emotionally and financially).   We are fair and equitable.   We are energetic and innovative. Success = Dynamic Growth: the constant pursuit of fulfilling potential!
