    4. How it started • 2006 – project within student newspaper “UNIVER” • Digest
    5. How it developed • 2007 – “independent” project – autonomous project within Kyiv Student Council (youth self-government organization) • digest
    6. And developed… • 2008 – site launch
    7. And is developing…. • 2009 – site re-launch
