    • Try to schedule an appointment a month in advance
    • Employers work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday
    • Arrive for appointments on time
    • Avoid scheduling appointments in January and around Easter
    • Best time to visit is between March and November
    • It’s common to socialize after work at a local Pub

    • Dress code for men is black suit, white shirt and tie
    • Women are to wear skirts with a blouse
    • No jeans, thongs or open shoes
    • Women can not wear to much make-up or jewelry
    • Clubs require you to be neat and have clean clothes
    • Never overdue your outfit

    • Have direct eye contact and listen
    • Talk about the weather or sports
    • Do not criticize Australia
    • Don’t brag about how good your company is
    • Let them judge you

    • On a bus, Men must surrender a seat to elderly, and women with babies
    • No back slapping,shouting,or calling one’s name to get their attention
    • Always remain friendly and relaxed
    • Men do not touch,hug,or pat other men in public
