3. Drinkworks was founded in 2009 by Orestes Argyropoulos, MS Architect, and Apostolos Georgopoulos, MS International Relations, with the sole purpose
to create a new habit in a fast changing market and a dramatically evolving lifestyle.
The basic idea is simple: each kit contains all the necessary ingredients, beverages, accessories, glasses and recipes in order even the complete ignorant
user to be able to prepare a delicious cocktail.
The brand entered the market in 2010, after a year of R&D, and combined the two most significant variables of the alcohol market:
the globally ascending cocktail trend and the timeless value of privacy (fun at your place).
Drinkworks was the first company to design its gift boxes by using corrugated cardboard and thus changing the packaging “culture” that liquor stores had
established in the previous years (wooden crates and baskets). Extensive use of eco-friendly materials is inserted for the first time in the Greek market by
focusing on sustainable packaging that can either be re-used or be fully recycled.
Special emphasis was given from the beginning to corporate clients, as the initial design team focused on finding ways to integrate a company’s brand
on the packaging, whithout requiring bulk orders. By combining industrial and handcrafted methods, Drinkworks can apply your brand identity from one
to thousands of cocktail boxes, always delivering the same high end result.
In 2011 Drinkworks designed and implemented it’s own distribution channel by creating the Cocktail Delivery Service: Cocktail Kit at the customer‘s door-
step within 90’ for orders not exceeding a radious of 20 miles (in the area of Athens city, Greece).

Concepts Ltd is a trade & marketing company established in 2001, by high ranking officers of multinational companies with vast experience in introducing & opening new categories in the premium food & beverage segments.
New brands, such as the Mastiqua sparkling drink with mastiha water, are assigned to Drinkworks in order to design and manufacture innovative packaging for communication purposes.
Furthermore, Drinkworks is the official worldwide online reseller for the Mastiha Spirit.
Polykalas S.A.
Polykalas distillery in Athens goes on producing alcoholic drinks for four generations with a huge enthusiasm and passion, for a customer network that now covers all Greece.
Polykalas distillery bottles certain liqueurs and syrups in specific and custom ordered bottles for Drinkworks.
Bar Academy Hellas
Bar Academy specializes in bartending training through certified seminars for over a decade. Since 2011, Bar Academy and Drinkworks have organized for the first time seminars that address to amateur and non professional
cocktail “users”.
All seminars take place at Bar Academy’s certified facilities and all participants receive a cocktail giveaway gift, in order to practice at home what they have learned.
