Agent  Profiles  -­‐  Q&A  •  Why  do  I  need  to  complete  my  profile  first?   •  This  verifies  your  profile  to  us  and  to  other  members  that   you  are  genuine.  In  promo3ng  deals,  we  are  very  concerned   about  fraud  and  thus  encourage  members  to  be  as   transparent  as  possible.    •  Do  I  have  list  my  profile  as  public  ?    To  list  your  profile  as  public  is  op3onal.  The  benefit  of  a   public  profile  is  openness  and  transparency  which   encourages  people  to  reach  out  to  you.  It  is  also  a   showcase  /  bio  of  your  track  record  like  LinkedIn.  •  Can  I  link  my  facebook  and  LinkedIn  profile?   •  Yes,  simply  add  in  your  FB  and  LI  public  profiles  which  can   show  in  your  profile

Step  2  –  DEAL  CREATION  •  The  Create  Deal  process  is  a  9  step  process  to  list  much  informa3on  into  different   tabs.  •  Currently  informa3on  must    entered  sequen3ally  star3ng  with  Profile  but  future   upgrade  will  allow  user  to  fill  only  areas  they  want

Create  Deals–  Deal  Profile    • To  create  and  list  a  corporate  profile,  go  to  the  Create  Deal  func3on.  • The  first  tab  of  the  Create  Deal  is  Profile.  This  allows  you  to  create  a  one  page  public  bio  of  your  project.  The  objec3ve  is  to  show  your  site  publically  like  TechCrunch.  • Profile  Short  Descrip3on  describes  your  project  in  180  chars.  • Mul3ple  pictures  can  be  added  to  front  page  can  be  added  to  Profile  •   Op3on  to  list  an  Execu3ve  Summary  and  Corporate  Profile  areas  in  the  descrip3on  area  below.  • Op3on  to  adach  a  PDF  for  download  in  the  profile  • Op3on  to  make  a  profile  public  on  the  site  or  make  it  private  (hidden  URL)  
  • 14. Create  Deal  –  Biz  Plan  template  §       The  Biz  Plan  is  a  template  that  can  be  op3onally  used  to  complete.    §         Or  if  you  already  have  wriden  a  business  plan,  there  is  an  op3on  to  upload  a  PDF  for  viewing  and  downloading

Create  Deal  -­‐  Financials  Financial  is  an  op3onal  tab  for  a  template  financial.      The  fields  include  key  opera3onal  and  financial  figures  an  investor  will  look  at.    The  benefit  of  comple3ng  this  is  to  be  able  to  give  a  snapshot  of  the  financials  of  a  deal.    The  template  forecast  allows  for  a  yearly  top  line  projec3ons  to  be  shown    There  should  be  an  op3on  to  upload  a  PDF  file  for  the  user  to  download  or  view.

Create  Deals  -­‐  Video  •  Video  is  a  useful  tab  to   record  a  video  pitch  or   corporate  video  •  Currently  we  link  to  YouTube   –  upload  you  video  on   YouTube  and  list  as  public  or   private  •  Link  the  video  share  code   with  an  op3on  to  add  a   cap3on  •  Future  upgrade  will  allow   hos3ng  videos  on  our  own   server  
  • 17. Create  Deals  –  Picture  Galleries    PICTURES  –  Allows  you  to  add  galleries  of  pictures  to  be  viewed  in  a  slideshow  from  the  user.    Op3on  for  mul3ple  picture  galleries  
  • 18. Create  Deal  -­‐  News  •  News  is  supposed  to  be  a  blog  of  current  news.  It   should  be  done  in  the  style  of  a  corporate  press   release.  It  should  be  pubic  informa3on

Create  Deals  -­‐  Slides  •  Slides  allows  a   presenta3on  deck  to  be   displayed  in  the  tab  •  Currently  we  link  to   Slideshare,  send  your  file   to  info@apdealflow.com   and  we  will  link  the  file   for  you.  •  In  future  upgrade,  we  will   ability  to  host  the  ppt  or   pdf  files  to  our  own   server  for  presenta3on  in   the  slide  tab
