Problems: Hard to find something in a huge mall, if you are first time there. (Some store you are looking for, some item, etc.) Hard to keep track sales and promotion campaigns for each different store
Solution: Shopping mall guide with interactive map Precise positioning inside the mall Show all sales/campaigns per each store inside the mall Quick search by items/stores Location-triggered offers Bookmarking (like RSS sign in) for favorite brands/stores news updates. Single discount card (QR code) among all stores (optional)
Malls provide maps, but They are not convenient to use. It’s hard to find map when you need it (it’s on mall’s site or paper sheet) Each map in different format, different representation (not user friendly)
