  4. 4. History <ul><li>In the 9 th century Vikings ruled all of Sweden. Sweden Vikings raided lands across northeastern Europe and into Russia. After that the Swedish government took over. </li></ul><ul><li>In the 11 th century King Olof Skotkonung adopted Christianity. </li></ul>
