      • - When people are under hypnosis, they are in deep sleep.

      • - Relaxation is an essential part during the hypnosis session.
      • People remember everything said and everything that
      • happened.
      • - Nobody can be forced to do anything against their will.

      • Hypnosis is a mental, emotional, and physical healing method that has been used for millions of years by buddhists, hindus, people who practice yoga, and nowadays by doctors, dentists, and psychotherapists.
      • At the present time, hypnosis is recognized by the scientific community as an important healing tool.
      • The practice of hypnosis can change your behavior, so in that way habits can be changed and your consciousness can be stimulated to remember forgotten events, remove pain, eliminate shyness, fears, phobias and depression. .
