Projects completed as part of B.Tech. Curriculum:
1. A Cognitive Interactive Framework for Multi Document Summarizer
Project Guide: Dr. U.S. Tiwary, IIIT Allahabad
Description In this work, we have developed a generic interactive framework
based on human cognition, where the system can learn
continuously from the Internet and from its interaction with the
users. To show the utilization of this framework, Iintelli, an agent
based application for multiple text document summarization is
developed.
Duration One semester(part-time)
Languages C++, Qt Library for the Interface 1 of 2
Status Completed and Accepted for Publication in IHCI, Prague, 2011.
2. 2. Use of Genetic Algorithm for Minimization of Quantum Cost and Lines in
Reversible Logic Circuits
Project Guide Dr. Jackie Rice, University of Lethbridge
Description In this work, we have re-designed the various operators of
genetic algorithm to minimize the quantum cost and lines of a
reversible logic circuit. This is the first time that genetic
algorithm has been used for circuit minimization.
Duration Summer 2011 (2 months)
Languages, C++, Cudd, RevLib, Excorsim-2
Platforms and
API’s Used
Status Completed and new circuit description obtained from the project
would be made available as future benchmarks.
3. Scheduling sensor in a wireless sensor network
Project Guide Dr. Shekhar Verma, IIIT Allahabad
Description In this work, we have scheduled the sensor nodes such that
given a random sensor node distribution in the area, the
area is k-covered and network lifetime is maximized.
