Thousands of Joe Slovo residents make their way to the Cape Town High Court to hear the ruling of Judge Hlophe. It has been proven that Hlophe has previously taken bribes from property developers and changed his ruling accordingly. Joe Slovo residents fear that this might happen once again because of Hlophe’s close connections to the ANC and Thubelisha Homes
