    • John Samberg is an AV rated trial attorney practicing with SulmeyerKupetz in Los Angeles. John is a member of the Bars of California, England and Wales. In nearly twenty five years of private practice, John has handled a broad variety of civil litigation, including commercial and construction litigation, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, and major injury/wrongful death cases. John’s trial experience encompasses work for clients in California, the Western States, and across the nation.John obtained his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. Before attending law school, John worked as a private detective, a license he still holds. As a trial attorney, John has obtained multi-million dollar awards in trial, arbitration and mediation proceedings involving complex business cases, as well as major injury and wrongful death cases, in State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts across the country.Prior to his recent return to private practice, John served as Vice President of Contracts and Compliance for a national construction staffing company, CLP Resources, Inc. at its Reno headquarters. In addition to serving as principal credit litigation counsel, John was responsible for national non-standard contracts, regulatory and licensing compliance, and the management of outside credit litigation counsel throughout the country.
