Your slide show is fantastic, I am currently working with some school leavers and I am trying to engage them and help them understand the concept of effective listening. I am struggling to find easy but informative material to use to help them with this. Your presentation is ideal. If at all possible would you be able to send me a copy by Friday to Tracy.rennoldson@workinglinks.co.uk Thank you so much!!!! Take care, Tracy!
