Whilst I remain fascinated as to how Social Media will evolve in the business environment (and how it might change the way organisations are run), I enjoyed the presentation very much and will think on how I can use it to benefit our business

  5. How does it benefit business?
    • Isn’t it just a big time waster?
    • Doesn’t it encourage staff to take their eye of the business?
    • Surely it’s mainly for techies and geeks?
