If they follow you, they will know what your daily specials are without having to look for them.<br />Consumers like to be acknowledged. A fun interaction with a brand creates a loyalty TO that brand.<br />People care more about what their friends and network thinks than about what you say about yourself. The more you can get people to talk about you, the better!<br />

Some groups are specialized groups dealing with a narrow domain or industry whereas others are very broad and generic in nature.<br />
