  • 4. WIKIPEDIA: It is a free encyclopedia Its 20 million articles have been written by volunteers around the world. Almost all of its articles can be edited by anyone with access to the site. It has become the largest and most popular general reference work on the Internet
  • 5. TWITTER It is an online social networking and microblogging service. Twitter was created in March 2006 by Jack Dorsey and launched that July. Twitter rapidly gained worldwide popularity, with 200 million users as of 2011.

BLOGGER: Blogger is a blog-publishing service that allows private or multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. It was created by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google. In July2011 a news outlet announced that Google intends to change the name of the service from "Blogger" to "Google Blogs”.

PB.WORKS PBworks is a commercial real-time collaborative editing system created by David Weekly. A number of business and corporations use PBworks to create private wikis for employees One case study from CNN described a legal firm which had transitioned to PBworks as a document management system in order to cut their IT costs.
