You will hosted in a cosy, exclusive National Trust property with a twist 1 ½ hours out of London – more details once you apply. You will be fuelled by creative company, home cooked food, warmed by a well stoked wood burner and nurtured by walks in nature. During your weekend you will be lead by Anna B. Sexton and guest facilitators working with a range of tools from walking meditations, one to one coaching sessions and group making sessions.
