  3. 3. Assignments  Horizon Allied Services.  Aamby Valley City.  Hotel Sahara Star.
  4. 4. Horizon Allied Services  Presentations - Sales and Marketing of the products of horizon allied.  Knowledge about the products.  Target market - Existing buildings, schools, new corporate offices , small individual shops.
  5. 5. Aamby Valley City  From 21st March we were assigned to the ROC (Revenue Optimization Cell)  The task assigned to us in ROC - Sales of ticket of the international broadway show Cirque de glace.  E-mails to potential guests.  Managing the events.
  6. 6. Cirque De Glace  Cirque de glace was basically an ice skating show that was being held in India for the very first time at such a huge scale.  30 international performers.  The show included acrobatics and gymnastics on ice and it was a mesmerizing show that we were able to watch.
  7. 7. Billabong School  On 12th April we had to take Billabong high school to AVC for the CDG show.  Assisted Miss. Ushma (Sales Executive) in managing 350 school kids and made sure that they reach for the show on time.  After the show we even gave them a site tour of the city.

Sales  After having tour of the property and having seen the show we were assigned task of selling show tickets and packages of AVC.  We had to attend sales calls in the ROC and offered customized packages to the guests depending upon there requirements and our rates.  My personal productivity for the show was Rs 2,70,000/-
  9. 9. Marketing strategy used.  Broachers and pamphlets  Advs. in Times of India  Advs. on the flyover and highway  Creating awareness through social media  Approaching schools for bulk booking
  10. 10. Roles & Responsibilities at Hotel Sahara Star  Attended calls for reservation of Hotel Sahara Star.  To prepare the revenue report.  Studying documents about new upcoming projects
  11. 11. Experience  Understanding the importance of hospitality.  Realized that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance in hospitality industry  Marketing of a brand like ‘Aamby Valley’  Corporate etiquettes.
  12. 12. Suggestions  Advertisements. for the CDG show in the newspaper could have started a bit earlier because the revenue generated after the advertisement was remarkable  Marketing campaign of the show should have been on a larger scale so that more audience could be captured.
