Our system even accommodates framed openings for all kinds of doors, windows and
services directly into the panelised frames during the manufacturing process.
The frame and truss components that are already perfectly aligned, sized and punched
are conveniently transported to the site pre-assembled. Once at the site, they can be
further assembled as per architectural drawings, in no time by simply snapping the
wall frames and floor joists together and fixing them with self-tapping screws.

Heavy-duty equipment automatically produces trusses and panels for roofs and floors,
as well as wall framing for a wide range of building designs, all from light gauge
galvanised steel coil, automated system control and advance software.
The software and machinery has been designed specifically for high volume light
gauge steel manufacturing operations where speed, reliability and flexibility are critical
in delivering plant uptime and high production. Every output is accurately formed,
cut, punched, dimpled and individually labelled, ready for 'screw together’ assembly.
All light gauge steel components at are automatically and accurately manufactured to
custom dimensions, ready for assembly. This system allows you to efficiently and
perfectly produce pre-fabricated, pre-assembled panelised walls made from roll
formed C-Sections of galvanised steel, where the system
and not the skill level of the assemblers determine the accuracy.

The machinery features a twin track system that can simultaneously produce a
range of C and U shaped stud and track profiles from Galvanised steel of
0.75mm to 1.6mm thickness (22 gauge to16 gauge).
Producing the same variety of profiles would usually require up to six different
machines.All output lengths are completely finished, labelled and ready for
The process begins with an architect's design that can then be transferred to our
design, detailing and engineering software.
The entire frame is then designed and detailed using the designing software.
The completed file, then ready for manufacturing, is sent electronically to the
steel frame machine.
The steel frame machine then creates each component of the building frame
individually, labeling them according to their location in the frame for error
Every component is produced and detailed with individual characteristics
according to its position in each panel. Cut to length, service and fastening holes
pre- punched, swaged, notched and ready for assembly.
The assembly process usually takes place at the manufacturing plant as each
finished component is produced by the steel roll former. They are assembled and
screwed together to form the panels and trusses.
The completed panels and trusses are then transported to the construction site.
Once at the construction site, the panels and trusses are unloaded and
positioned for rapid and accurate assembly.
