    1. 2 Assignment and Attendance Policy Notification Failure to report to Ankeny Temporary Services after a completion of an assignment within three (3) business days which is required by Iowa Code Section 96.5-1-j for reassignment or to accept a new job assignment or which could be different lengths of time or varying pay without reasonable cause will indicated that you have refused available work, or quit working for ATS and you your file will be deactivated (terminated). Failure to show up for an assignment after committing to the assignment is considered to be voluntarily terminates and ATS will consider this a No call No show. You will not be eligible for re-hire at anytime in the future. . Employee fails to call ATS when you are sick four (4) hours prior to you shift or work assignment is considered automatic terminated without notification. ATS loses financially and may be detrimental to loosing the client and other job assignments. I understand this fully and with respect call my employer when necessary. NEVER CALL THE CLIENT INSTEAD OF MY EMPLOYER WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION APPROVED. Failure to call ATS when you are going to be tardy is cause for automatic termination without notification. Calling the client rather than AT is a violation of company policy and the employee handbook you initial and you will be automatically terminated without notification. Never call the client without prior authorization from ATS. If you call the client instead of ATS for any reasons mentioned above you will be terminated without notification. Never take personal calls on while on the clock. This should be done during your lunches or breaks not on ATS time. You will be automatically terminated from the job assignment supervisor if you refuse to do you assignment. You are not to have any visitors or family members around while you are working. You are to be working not playing around on company time. You are not to take anything from the job assignment unless you have specific instructions from ATS or the client supervisor: This includes food, drinks, paper, money, etc. You will send home and not paid for the day if you arrive at the job sight late more than 5 minutes from your regular scheduled time. You will be sent home if you are not appropriately dressed for the client environment without pay.
    2. When asked you work for it is confidential client information that CANNOT be release tells them you work for ATS, not the client. Anyone in violation of this policy will be terminated without notification on the spot.
